I am so excited to be able at last to get the business up and running again! There will, of course, be some necessary adjustments in how we do things, but this is purely for the safety of all my clients and for everyone's complete peace of mind - that is, after all, why I do what I do!
I will, as ever, be using fully sanitised equipment, but in addition I will be wearing mask and face shield on entering the home and throughout the treatment. This, I hope, will mean each client can remain relaxed without having to wear a face covering themselves, should they prefer not to. Needless to say, anyone who feels safer wearing a mask themselves is more than welcome to do so. Peace of mind remains paramount!
I will be asking all clients to complete an agreement form prior to treatment so that there are no misunderstandings about the guidelines I must follow and those requested of each client.
Your comfort and safety remains my top priority.
Please could you open doors for me and make room for me and my equipment where possible, so I do not have to touch anything inside your house.
Please could you avoid touching any of my equipment, except of course the towels which will be covering the table.
Please could you confirm that you are Covid symptom free i.e. that you have no raised temperature, persistent cough or loss in sense of taste or smell and have not had any of these symptoms for 14 days.
Please could you also confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you have not been in contact with anyone suspected of or having Covid-19 symptoms for the past 14 days.
I will request permission to keep your contact details and date and length of treatment for 21 days, in accordance with the NHS Test and Trace procedure.
However, this is not compulsory.
Should you prefer me not to reference you, if I am contacted by the service, I will instead contact you discreetly to inform you of any request I have had in this regard so that you are then aware and may act accordingly. .
