Hi, I'm Jo Holmes and I've been certified as a Usui Reiki Master since 2009.

At that time, as a mother of 3 young children, I wasn't ready to take on the challenge of running a business and I kept my skill for purely personal use and for my family.

I had a number of part time jobs, but after 7 years of teaching at a local infant school something shifted -  it was the end of an era, the end of a calendar year and the end of a decade and I knew I wanted to start helping people in a different way; 

but how?

It was only after giving Reiki healing to a dear friend who had been ill for some time and who physically felt an improvement during and after her Reiki session, I was convinced (with the help of her encouragement) that I needed to make this natural, gentle, yet powerful and effective energy available to as many people as possible and that healing now needed to be 

my new life's work.

I just want to make people feel better!

I am fully insured and open to any enquiries. I also hope to be able to add to the range of therapies I can offer as soon as possible - watch this space...!
